I was not impressed with the lentil soup. It had too much stuff it in (tomato, onion). I just wanted lentils. Arrived quickly, though.

Rubbery roast beef. I got a roast beef sandwich, and the roast beef in the sandwich was terrible. I wound up throwing it out, it just wasn't really edible.

If I could give this no stars i would. I ordered a veggie wrap and instead of balsamic the veggies had some sort of very spicy sauce on it. I could not eat it because it was so hot. So I called to let them know and asked for my money back and the man I spoke with told me that he made it himself, that there was nothing spicy on it, that it was balsamic, and that I wasnt getting my money back. I would never eat here again

Food was fine - just turkey sandwiches and chicken soup. Though the delivery service was TERRIBLE! Even though we placed an order in the morning to be delivered by 11:30am, food still hadn't arrived when I called them at noon! Not even an apology - just a "we're very busy"...well that is WHY I ORDERED BEFORE THE LUNCH CRUSH!

My chicken caesar wrap was inedible. First of all, when I took the wrapper off, it was wet, which was just so gross. I could get the paper off the outside of the wrap because it was stuck by this gross moisture. The chicken looked rotten and the vegetables had gone bad. It was disgusting. I threw it out and bought a new lunch. The delivery was quick though!

Small omelette, I ordered an everything bagel and received a plain bagel, the scallion cream cheese was awful.. and it took over an hour for delivery (not 15-30mins)

This is the salad that convinced me I like avacado. The combination of the thai chicken with the sweetness of corn and the mellowness of the avacado is pretty much perfect. I've ordered this type of salad from other restaurants and it's never been as well done!

The food was mediocre, at best. One item that was ordered was out of stock, another one did not show up with the order, and another one was not what I ordered. This is a terrible restaurant.

The food took forever to arrive and I like close. when it did arrive my omelet was small and dry. I asked for fruit or salad instead of potatoes/toast and what arrived was a piece of lettuce and two slices of soggy tomato.

The food came in about 15 minutes, which was great. Unfortunately, the quiche wasn't very good. In all fairness, I wanted the broccoli and cheese but they were out so they gave me the spinach. However, it was really, really soggy, and not very tasty. The brownie was okay, and the fruit was good also. I'm sure there are better places out there though. If looking for quiche, look elsewhere.

I ordered from Austin's because it had a fast delivery time--they called to let me know the food was downstairs. I went downstairs and waited for five minutes. I came back upstairs and the delivery man called again to tell me he was definitely downstairs waiting in the lobby that very second. I went downstairs, he was not there--waited another two minutes. When I called to cancel my order, the restaurant was very difficult. Never order from there again.

I had the chicken noodle soup and the chicken salad with the avocado. I thought it was fantastic! The soup came hot, the chicken salad tasted delicious, although the chicken strips could've been cut a little smaller. I just re-ordered from them and I got the chicken pot pie. I will follow up with a review of the pot pie.

My first 5 or so seamless orders were from this place...twice they forget a part of the order and once it took about 1 hour for delivery. Overall food is solid but will have to start going elsewhere just to check out how it is to order from other spots on seamless.

Chicken wrap was good and had a lot of well-cooked chicken, but I would ask for some dressing on the side because it was slightly dry. The potato salad was pretty standard, nothing special. Overall, not a bad lunch.

I will not be ordering from Austin's again. The order took one hour to arrive and when I received it, they got half of it wrong. I'm not a big fan of runny eggs, so didn't end up eating it. Disappointed.

great experience. manager called me to let me know that they were out of veggie lasagna, so substituted a pasta dish instead. food arrived relatively quickly, and was hot on arrival. The food itself was delicious. penne a la vodka with veggie and mozzarella - generous helping, good sauce, good cheese. veggie quesadilla was also delicious. it was in a tasty spinach tortilla, which was grilled. the veggies inside gave it more of a panini/italian flavour than mexican, but very very tasty. Will definitely order from there again.

The salmon was very flaky and fresh. I had no idea what to anticipate, and I half expected the fish to have been previously frozen. I was pleasantly surpised and order this entree weekly!

Omlette was very small but fairly good. Bread was larger than my meal, but had nothing on it or on the side and was stale. Carmel Mocchiato was so sweet it was almost undrinkable. Delivery was on the far end of their estimated time. Ended the meal feeling hungry and disappointed. Third time I've tried this place, and THIS was the best of those three times. It will be the last.

We ordered two entrees - gordon blue chicken and stuffed chicken. Incredibly terrible, old, stale, and tasteless food. Perhaps even dangerous to eat.

Do NOT order the chicken noodle soup. It tastes like egg drop soup which is very disconcerting because there is no EGG in chicken noodle soup. the sandwiches are way overpriced and are flavorless. I had the eggplant mozzarella... it was all tomatoes and a thin slice of eggplant that has no flavor.
